A shameless plea for volunteers.

Does exactly what it says on the tin.

Busy season is upon us at The Observer, with a General Election and an Exec election approaching us in the next couple of months, and now is as good a time as any to beg for help from our kind readers. If you’ve ever fancied a go at a bit of journalism, why not chat to The Observer about becoming a staff writer? I can promise as much creative freedom as I can possibly grant, and a willingness to work around the schedule of a potential writer. I can’t offer money, you may be able to tell we’re a low-rent operation here (though I may spring to a pint if you sign on). We’re looking to publish a phenomenal amount of content during the election period, so any and all possible help is welcome, be it writing, picture-taking, or any idea you may have.

Should you wish to join us, even for a short time, you can email us at studentobserverireland@gmail.com where we reply as promptly as possible.

Alternatively, you can contact me personally at daveryaniv@gmail.com . I am willing to discuss all content and ideas via email,or in person if preferrable (schedule permitting).
